This field-based position is vital for achieving sales objectives within primary care, urology, and women's health for a dedicated geographic area. We seek an energetic, highly motivated individual with a proven track record in specialty biopharmaceutical sales who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. The Multi-Specialty Sales Portfolio Specialist will show a strong sense of urgency in preparing and executing new product launch plans for their designated region. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Results: Meet or exceed sales targets through ethical and compliant sales strategies while demonstrating resilience in overcoming challenges. Business Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a tailored business plan to efficiently target and engage healthcare providers to influence prescribing behaviors. Impactful Selling: Advance customer engagement by utilizing effective dialogue, identifying needs, and employing strategic selling techniques. Infinite Mindset: Embrace a growth mindset daily, focus on opportunities, and expect success. Core Competencies: Proven history of exceeding sales goals in prior roles. Expertise across all facets of selling, including clinical knowledge and insights into the local market ecosystem. Ability to present scientific and marketing materials effectively, with an understanding of the payer landscape. Strong analytical skills for developing strategic business plans. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in technology and software relevant to business operations. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or Life Sciences. 3-5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or relevant industry experience. Willingness to travel within territory and for training or corporate meetings as needed. Flexible working hours, including attendance at after-hours meetings, may be necessary. The base salary for this position ranges from $108,000 to $135,000, with additional rewards such as merit-based increases, participation in incentive plans, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
