AP Specialist

Job Description One of our clients is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a growing, multi-entity operation in Norcross, GA. This role focuses on high-volume invoice processing, vendor and subcontractor coordination, and maintaining compliance within a project-based environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable collaborating with project managers and accounting leadership. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely payments and strong internal controls. ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume vendor and subcontractor invoices, including matching, coding, and routing for approval. Manage weekly payment runs and communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. Maintain subcontractor compliance documentation such as COIs, W-9s, and contracts prior to payment. Support operational accounting tasks, reimbursements, and cross-functional accounting coverage as needed. Qualifications2-5 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume or multi-entity environment. Bi-lingual in Spanish highly preferred High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
