Team Shift Supervisor As a Team Shift Supervisor, you will coach and guide Crew Members to uphold Dunkin' Donuts operational standards and ensure that every guest enjoys a fantastic experience. Key Responsibilities: Guide and support employees throughout their shift, clearly communicating responsibilities and recognizing their achievements respectfully. Allocate team members effectively to meet guest needs and maintain high service standards. Assist in training Crew Members as directed by the General Manager or Assistant Manager. Share goals with the team and hold members accountable for their performance during shifts. Prioritize guests and model exceptional guest service at all times. Instill a sense of urgency among Crew Members to meet guest needs and resolve any issues promptly. Ensure systems, tools, and procedures are adhered to throughout shifts while addressing any deficiencies. Monitor team performance to uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Implement restaurant standards and marketing initiatives effectively during each shift. Follow all processes to manage labor costs, food costs, and cash flow during shifts. Ensure compliance with cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security policies among Crew Members. Report equipment malfunctions, provide performance feedback, and discuss operational opportunities with the General Manager. Adhere to all policies and procedures established by the restaurant, brand, and franchisee. Qualifications: Fluent in spoken and written English. Strong math and writing skills. Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred. Customer focused—able to anticipate and meet guest needs. Results-oriented—able to set targets and meet commitments. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities based on sound judgment and experience.
