Job Description Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and curate individualized therapy strategies to help them accomplish their personal goals. Implement Therapeutic Activities: Apply evidence-based techniques to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with fellow occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic care. Track and Adapt Patient Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify interventions as required to keep patients on track. Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Encouragement for ongoing education or advanced certifications. Certifications Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
