Responsibilities: Assist with project start up activities and provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team. Assist with navigating specifications to collect and process submittals, shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and RFI's throughout life of project. Assist with project buy-out, post bid interviews, prepare and distribute information for issuing contracts and purchase orders. Assist with project kick-off with self-perform and trade partners including site orientation of workers and updating project files with documentation. Assist the project team with project-related technical and logistical functions for proper execution in accordance with project schedule. Assist with reviewing all document revisions & clarifications to update project document control measures. Assist pre-construction team during the bid process or assist project team with post bid changes in scope of work to assemble pricing from subcontractors or self-perform entities to process with customer. Assist with assembling monthly pay application for approval and processing. Attend project meetings with the trade partners and customers to coordinate proper execution of the project. Attend safety observation tours and complete documentation for daily submittal. Assist project team members with labor productivity tracking and assembling documents for weekly submissions. Interface with CCC self-perform groups and trade partners to resolve issues, ensure quality of construction execution in accordance with project documents/specifications, and coordination/sequencing to maintain schedule of construction. All other duties as assigned. Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Driver's license. All candidates are required to complete a pre-employment drug screen.
