As an Insurance Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, engaging in meaningful conversations to assess their insurance needs, and providing tailored coverage options. Core Responsibilities: Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads, expand your client base, and build your professional network within your area. Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, or text promptly. Schedule meetings to discuss clients’ insurance requirements. Participate in regular meetings with your sales manager and team members. Visit local businesses to establish relationships, follow up on referrals, and provide excellent service to existing clients. Develop and maintain your client portfolio. Collaborate with your sales manager to set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Plan your weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager each week. Document daily activities and updates on sales performance at the end of each workday. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Successful completion of a thorough pre-employment background check. Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation. Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willingness to obtain; study course provided at no cost, with state licensing fees reimbursed). Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four years of post-high school experience (candidates nearing degree completion or those with related experience in sales or athletics are encouraged to apply).
