Review your pipeline, follow up on previous conversations, and plan your outbound call and email strategy to maximize your impact. Connect and engage. Spend a significant part of your day reaching out to K-12 schools and public libraries, introducing them to our innovative solutions and identifying new opportunities. Get out in the field. Schedule and attend in-person or virtual meetings with educators and library leaders, showcasing how our products can transform their environments. Hands-on collaboration. Visit customer sites to take measurements, capture photos, and work with design teams to ensure every proposal is both accurate and inspiring. Represent and network. Participate in regional tradeshows by engaging attendees, demonstrating our solutions, and strengthening our brand presence. End with impact. Log daily activities in the CRM, coordinate with internal teams on next steps, and celebrate your achievements as you work toward your goals. Job Requirements Education & Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Sales Drive: Prior experience with outbound prospecting or cold calling is highly preferred; you thrive on connecting with new people and uncovering opportunities. Physical Readiness: Ability to participate in tradeshows, including setup and breakdown, as well as assist with on-site installations or sample deliveries. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to educators and library professionals. Self-Starter Mentality: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, passionate about achieving and exceeding sales targets. Collaboration: Team player who excels in a supportive environment and collaborates well across departments. Adaptability: Eager to learn, grow, and navigate a fast-paced, evolving sales landscape.
