Your key responsibilities will include: Fostering positive associate relations through effective communication. Communicating professionally and empathetically to uphold the company’s reputation and values. Reviewing applications and conducting initial screenings to evaluate potential candidates. Coordinating and scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth and welcoming candidate experience. Facilitating onboarding and orientations for new hires. Engaging in community events to enhance recruitment efforts. Maintaining accurate associate records in the Human Capital Management system. Assisting with benefits administration and enrollment processes. Coordinating training sessions for workplace policies and associate development. Supporting performance management initiatives. Serving as a point of contact for associates and assisting with conflict resolution. Partnering with HR and Store Management on policies and initiatives. Ensuring clear communication about company updates and resources. Managing the location’s safety program. Upholding confidentiality and ethical standards at all times. Utilizing office equipment and software with ease. Maintaining flexibility with work hours, including weekends as needed. Managing office supplies and training space to meet standards. Participating in cross-departmental training for added flexibility. Delivering friendly and proactive support to associates and customers. Qualifications for Success The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years of HR experience or a related combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. The ability to prioritize tasks and a keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment. A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning. Physical Requirements This position requires: The ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently. Navigating and accessing all facilities. Effective verbal communication skills. The compensation for this role ranges from $18.25 - $22.50 per hour, with pay influenced by geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also earn overtime pay per applicable laws.
