We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to become a member of our Construction Materials Testing Team! As a Lead Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects. You will take the initiative to collect samples of construction materials from various job sites and conduct tests and inspections to evaluate their properties and integrity. Utilizing specialized equipment, you will follow established procedures and standards, document your findings, and communicate results to project managers and other stakeholders. Your work will facilitate informed decision-making to maintain the structural integrity and safety of construction sites. There will be travel to different job sites in the Oklahoma City and/or Tulsa metro area, requiring you to work in diverse terrains and weather conditions. This position includes: The use of a company truck for transportation to and from job sites. Provided personal protective equipment (PPE). A work boot reimbursement program. A company-issued laptop. You bring to the team: Excellent communication skills. A collaborative spirit and ability to work well within a team. An associate degree from a technical or four-year school is preferred, but not required. 6+ years of experience in construction observation or inspection. ICC, ACI Grade I, and Nuclear Gauge certifications are required OR a bachelor's degree in engineering with EIT. Preferred ODOT certifications. The ability to consistently maintain alertness and work safely. A willingness to work a flexible schedule. A valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
