Join our innovative team as a Water and Wastewater Project Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable environmental solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who will manage diverse project teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and drive our mission forward. Lead projects to successful execution, ensuring top-notch performance in cost, schedule, quality, and compliance across a range of initiatives. Apply your Design-Build expertise to develop effective alternatives, conduct cost estimations, assess risks, oversee supply chains, manage budgets, and schedule projects efficiently. Guide project development from initial concept to successful completion while meeting program objectives for projects of different scales. Manage all aspects of budget, scheduling, design, construction contracts, documentation, and compliance with project procedures. Work collaboratively with the Control Manager to facilitate approvals for consultant invoices, contractor pay applications, and change orders. Participate actively in key project meetings, providing essential updates and documentation during design sessions. Resolve complex construction-related challenges effectively to maintain project momentum. Monitor project performance through detailed analyses of scheduling and cost-control reports. Utilize your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field, or possess 15+ years of equivalent industry experience. Bring over ten years of experience in Design-Build projects related to water, wastewater, water resources, and conveyance systems. Preferred certifications include Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect. Be open to travel as necessary for project needs. Be prepared for the physical and environmental demands of the job, which may involve standing, walking, coordination, and working in various settings with noise, moving machinery, confined spaces, and exposure to chemicals. #LI-JL1 Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
