YOUR ROLE Ensure all animals in our care are well-fed, hydrated, have clean enclosures, and are treated according to company standards. Deliver outstanding customer service by demonstrating knowledge of store products, services, and promotions. Efficiently operate the cash register, accurately processing sales transactions and payments. Exhibit strong merchandising skills to keep the store neat and presentable, helping with tasks like store resets, maintaining stocks, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Guide team members during their shifts to ensure smooth operations. Communicate important information clearly and effectively to the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
