Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Setting

Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN Location: Southern Physical Therapy Clinic Address: 1620 Hwy 11 N Suite E, Picayune, MS 39466 Overview: Southern Physical Therapy Clinic is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for our vibrant Outpatient Clinic with a special focus on pediatrics. While full-time positions are preferred, we also welcome applications for part-time or PRN roles. Patient Caseload: The Occupational Therapist will manage diverse cases including general orthopedics, neurological conditions, and hand and upper extremity issues, with a primary emphasis on pediatric patients. This role entails working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) professionals. Full-time OTs typically handle 45-55 patient visits per week. Work Schedule: Full-time hours are Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays required. The work schedule can be tailored to meet the candidate's preferences. Clinic hours: Monday - Thursday: 7 am - 6 pm Friday: 7 am - 12 pm Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly wage starting at approximately $32 per hour for new graduates, with increases based on experience. Job Requirements: Must be eligible for Mississippi state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. New graduate OTs are highly encouraged to apply - mentorship and training opportunities available.
