Key Responsibilities Include: Leading the development of scalable, cloud-native microservices and CI/CD pipelines. Ensuring the reliability and maintainability of deployed AI systems. Promoting the integration of innovative technologies in AI and machine learning projects. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Over 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or technical leadership. What Sets You Apart: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or Software Engineering is preferred. Demonstrated thought leadership in developing AI solutions. Experience managing large-scale AI solution development projects. Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams effectively. Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks. Expertise in utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong understanding of machine learning and analytical techniques. Experience in mentoring junior engineers and fostering collaboration. Commitment to advocating for Responsible AI practices and governance. The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals will receive an annual discretionary bonus and have access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, and personal sick leave.
