KPMG is currently looking for a Senior Associate specializing in Workday Adaptive for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities: Lead projects involving Adaptive Insights EPM/Planning, focusing on strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization, enhancing IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Adaptive Insights applications. Support business development through identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and collaborating with KPMG resources across various service lines and industries. Oversee daily activities of ERP Advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews for multiple clients. Supervise team members and manage performance on assigned engagements. Ensure engagements comply with KPMG’s financial and cost management policies. Qualifications: A minimum of three years of relevant Workday Adaptive experience. Completed at least three full life cycle implementations as a Lead or Architect in Adaptive Insights, along with certification in Workday Adaptive Insights or Planning (candidates hired without this certification must obtain it within three months of starting employment). Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution. Proven experience leading design and process alignment in Adaptive Insights. Extensive understanding of ERP and EPM systems and their functionalities. Deep knowledge of Adaptive Insights processes and best practices. Willingness to travel as needed. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. with no need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
