We are seeking motivated Sales Account Executives with a proven track record in software, hardware, or business services sales. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with a diverse portfolio of NetSuite customers, facilitating the adoption and growth of our comprehensive cloud-based business solutions, including ERP, Accounting, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce. This role requires 3 days per week in the office in Austin, TX. What You Will Be Doing: Upselling and cross-selling tailored solutions to existing NetSuite clients. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities to consistently meet monthly sales targets in collaboration with your manager. Enhancing customer engagement by managing references, quotes, and contract negotiations. Collaborating with NetSuite colleagues, leadership, and various teams to maximize sales performance. Boosting customer satisfaction across your assigned accounts. Assessing customer needs and identifying strategic partnership opportunities to devise effective growth strategies. Leading sales initiatives, negotiating deals, and nurturing long-lasting client relationships. Who You Are: You have at least 3 years of SaaS/technology sales experience, coupled with a strong drive for success. Career Level - IC2 Core Responsibilities Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within your territory, which may cover geographic, product, and industry dimensions. Engage directly with clients or partners while managing accounts through the full sales cycle. Travel to customer sites to develop sales opportunities, and participate in creating and delivering compelling value propositions. Conduct onsite presentations with C-level executives to close strategic deals. Maintain regular communication with customers to sustain relationships, identify new opportunities, and enhance sales. Compensation and Benefits US hiring range from $26.97 to $43.13 per hour; annualized salary: $56,100 to $89,700. This position is eligible for equity and commission, with an expected 50/50 pay mix.
