Heavy Civil Estimator

We are looking for a talented Heavy Civil Estimator to join our team and play a key role in preparing cost estimates for challenging heavy civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities. In this position, you will analyze project plans, collect pricing information, and create accurate bids to help secure contracts. Responsibilities of the Heavy Civil Estimator: Analyze project plans and specifications in detail Prepare thorough and precise cost estimates Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing Coordinate with project managers and engineers to develop competitive bids Maintain comprehensive estimating databases and documentation Qualifications for the Heavy Civil Estimator: Prior experience estimating heavy civil construction projects is preferred Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid is a plus but not mandatory Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams If you are interested in this Heavy Civil Estimator position, please apply directly.
