Payment Integrity Agile Product Lead

Location: Indianapolis IN, Atlanta GA, Richmond VA, Woodland Hills CA, Grand Prairie TX, Mason OH, Tampa FL, Chicago IL Hours: Standard Working hours (Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 5:00PM) Travel: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Position Overview: As a crucial member of the Agile leadership team, you will act as the functional and/or client representative for projects within a market-focused area, specifically supporting the Edits business units under Payment Integrity. How You Will Make an Impact: Participate in PI Planning Events as necessary Organize and manage the backlog using Jira Facilitate Combined Team Refinement meetings Review QA Test Cases and prioritize them effectively Complete PO Approvals after each Sprint Engage in Sprint Demos and participate in Sprint Retrospectives Fulfill PA responsibilities for assigned Features Translate features into user stories and manage their ranking and prioritization according to stakeholder needs Clearly communicate stakeholder requirements to ensure team deliverables meet contractual obligations and established quality criteria Collaborate with team(s) to uncover and deliver optimal solutions for market challenges identified by the Product Manager Work closely with the business to understand, rank, and prioritize needs to ensure each release provides significant value to end users in sales and marketing Create and maintain the solution vision roadmap and backlog throughout the project lifecycle Understand how to write compelling user stories and define their acceptance criteria Translate the product backlog into actionable user stories Act as the business proxy and decision maker to represent stakeholders during the project Review and determine acceptance/rejection of results during Sprints and in Sprint reviews Attend sprint meetings and be readily available for team clarifications during the sprint Contribute to the project's release plan as needed Present work from the Team Backlog during Sprint Planning for team acceptance Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in writing business/functional requirements and implementing Agile methodologies; or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in payment integrity is essential Advanced proficiency with Jira is crucial Experience with Edits in the payment integrity field is strongly preferred Track record of successfully translating business strategies and customer needs into project roadmaps preferred Direct experience with Edit Logic, rules engines, and validation workflows is advantageous Experience in building and implementing roadmaps is beneficial Intermediate skills in PowerPoint and AHA! are preferred The salary range for this position is $76,240 to $131,513. This is applicable for candidates working in person or virtually in specified locations.
