The Role As a Senior Product Manager for Network Services, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating a range of service offerings, particularly focusing on Lumen's Ethernet and Enterprise Wireless Access Service. This position requires exceptional leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance sales, revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will enable you to understand segmented customer needs and competitive landscapes while effectively positioning our products as the best choice. You will lead a diverse team to ensure that product features and experiences are designed for growth and customer success, steering our offerings through a digital transformation journey with both internal operations and external partners. Main Responsibilities Align product strategies with cross-functional stakeholders including development, operations, sales, marketing, legal, and regulatory teams. Maintain and update sales and internal communication documents as dynamic resources. Communicate and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap for features and service offerings. Utilize metrics, market conditions, and customer feedback to optimize the product portfolio for revenue and strategic alignment. Conduct competitive analyses and define product functionalities to meet market demands. Develop and present robust business cases for new products, features, and enhancements. Drive portfolio execution to achieve the company's strategic and financial objectives. Support sales and marketing teams with clear insights into customer benefits and the value proposition. Assist field sales and engineering teams in assessing the feasibility of customization and features for qualified opportunities. Lead by example, illustrating vision, strategies, and accountability within the team. Develop expert knowledge in Enterprise Wireless Access Services and Ethernet services. What We Look for in a Candidate Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. At least 7 years of product management experience in telecommunications or technology sectors. Proactive and creative mindset with a focus on impact. Demonstrated capability in program management and process execution. Experience in designing and implementing go-to-market strategies. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Technical understanding to drive product improvements based on market dynamics. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience leading projects in a matrix management structure. Familiarity with digital products, Ethernet, and cellular services. Strong background in product development processes. Compensation This reflects the expected base salary range for this role based on national averages. Actual pay may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Salary ranges vary as follows: $129,639 - $172,852 for specific states; $136,121 - $181,494 in others; and $142,603 - $190,137 in major markets.
