About the Role As a Social Media Advertising Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing client campaigns across Meta and various social platforms. You will collaborate closely with our CEO to recommend strategic approaches, execute optimizations, and diligently monitor and report on campaign results. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve clients' growth and efficiency goals. Your Responsibilities Conduct daily performance and pacing checks Optimize bids and budgets effectively Analyze and optimize ad creative Expand audience reach Maintain account hygiene Set up and calibrate conversion tracking Troubleshoot performance changes Contribute to forecasting and budgeting efforts Prepare weekly performance reports and analyses Provide additional reporting as needed Qualifications Demonstrated experience with Meta Ads Additional experience with TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other social platforms is a plus Strong critical thinking skills Proficient in persuasive writing and data analysis Excellent time management and project prioritization Ability to meet deadlines consistently Effective budget allocation across campaigns and platforms Proactive in offering recommendations Understanding of statistical significance and confidence levels Ability to optimize marketing metrics and KPIs Familiar with Google Analytics and other MarTech tools Stay updated on current industry trends Willingness to explore new hypotheses and tests Comfortable with , Slack, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides Adept at adapting to rapid change Compensation At Hutch Advertising, our priority is to attract and retain top talent. We offer competitive pay and fair treatment. Compensation is typically structured as an hourly fee based on your experience, but we are open to considering fixed monthly fees or revenue-sharing models. We will collaboratively establish task lists weekly, budgets monthly, and strategies quarterly. Expect to begin with 5-10 hours per client each week, with the opportunity to scale up based on your performance. Initially, you will start with one client and can expand to take on more as you demonstrate strong results.
