UPS Store #4318 is here to help individuals and small businesses by offering a wide range of products and services. We are locally owned/operated and conveniently located in 7439 wooster pike, Cincinnati 45227 and  675 Deis Dr ,Fairfield Ohio locations. We are currently looking to bring on a Full Time and Part Time Center Sales Associate to help in daily operations! Our UPS Store Center Sales Associates deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers. Entry level or college students are welcome to apply! Notary licensing will be a part of full time employment agreement. Those with Notary License are highly encouraged! Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook High school education or GED equivalent required Computer skills need to be strong Strong written and verbal communication skills Bonus - knowing Adobe Creative Cloud UPS Store Center Sales Associate Responsibilities: Delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries Continuously practicing good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership Taking ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions, learning products and services offered, finding solutions, and following industry trends Operating all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment Able to lift 40 lbs
