Join Rubrik's elite sales team, dedicated to empowering organizations and government entities to safeguard their data against cyber threats and operational interruptions. With our comprehensive sales enablement program and collaborative One Rubrik approach, you will find the resources and support needed to exceed your sales goals, maximize your earning potential, and advance your career in a purpose-driven environment. As a Healthcare Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving bookings growth within both new and existing healthcare accounts. We are searching for a motivated self-starter who thrives on acquiring new clients by identifying and developing opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and executing strategic account plans, alongside fostering existing customer relationships. You will be expected to actively generate pipeline on a daily basis in collaboration with Sales Engineers, Sales Development teams, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners to surpass sales quotas. What You'll Do: Develop and implement robust sales strategies for your territory to consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and closing of sales opportunities. Manage and cultivate a substantial sales pipeline, effectively moving numerous critical transactions through the sales process. Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within a diverse range of mid-enterprise healthcare accounts. Showcase Rubrik solutions within complex data center design settings, demonstrating our value proposition effectively. Collaborate with partners and channel distributors to enhance growth and accelerate sales performance. Provide valuable insights to Rubrik management regarding market opportunities and potential business developments. Experience You'll Need: A minimum of 5 years in technology sales, specifically within IT infrastructure or SaaS. Proven track record of successfully securing new clients. Demonstrated success in selling to Fortune 1000 end users. Experience in channel collaboration. A highly motivated, goal-oriented attitude with a commitment to achieving results.
