About the Role We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled VP of Performance Analytics to be an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively analyze portfolio performance, pinpoint performance trends, and deliver critical insights that support strategic investment decisions. You will lead the management of the firm's performance data environment, ensuring the highest degree of accuracy and consistency in all related information. Your expertise will play a key role in optimizing performance measurement, reporting, and governance processes. Your key responsibilities will encompass executing intricate performance analytics and multi-level attribution analyses, focusing on translating complex technical findings into actionable insights for a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced credentials such as a Master's degree or CFA are preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in performance measurement, attribution analysis, or a comparable analytical role within asset management, hedge funds, or investment banking. Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, performance reporting, and attribution methodologies. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools such as Bloomberg PORT, FactSet, Barra, Wilshire, Eze, or similar platforms is essential. Experience with programming languages such as VBA, SQL, Python, or R is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and effectively manage projects while maintaining a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
