Divisional Reinsurance Manager We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Divisional Reinsurance Manager who will play a crucial role in our dynamic team. Reporting to the Vice President for Zurich Direct Markets, you will have the responsibility to manage and expand a significant portfolio of business. As a seasoned Reinsurance professional, you will collaborate with Regional Finance & Insurance Managers to execute successful sales and service initiatives tailored for the East Division. Your expertise will drive new business generation, nurturing influential relationships that will enhance value for dealerships, while forging strategic partnerships externally. This leadership position requires a strategic mindset to implement sales objectives that align with Zurich's growth mandates. You will offer direction and insight to our dedicated sales professionals, enhancing Zurich's competitive presence in the market. In addition to field sales efforts, you may represent our team at leadership meetings, industry associations, and related events. Your role will also involve leading cross-division initiatives, addressing customer challenges, and engaging in activities such as planning, budgeting, and coaching. What We Seek: A Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years of experience in Sales, Finance & Insurance, Reinsurance, Operations, or Accounting, OR A High School Diploma or equivalent with 7+ years in a related role. Your qualifications should include: Strong familiarity with the legal and regulatory aspects of your area. Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and relevant software. Experience analyzing financial performance and results. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated success in securing new business and achieving sales goals. Experience in the financial services sector or CPA certification. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Understanding of Captive Insurance principles (AIC or CPCU preferred). Leadership experience in team management or cross-functional projects. Strong insight into the automotive sector and relationship-building capabilities. Your compensation at Zurich is aligned with your role, location, and experience level. Additional incentives may include bonuses and merit increases, with a target total compensation of approximately $250,000 annually.
