Therapeutic Interventions: - Implement effective therapeutic exercises to reduce pain and improve mobility. - Utilize manual therapy techniques to facilitate recovery. - Tailor exercise programs to meet individual patient needs. - Educate patients on using assistive devices and making ergonomic adjustments. Patient Education and Support: - Provide clear education about therapy processes and self-management strategies. - Guide patients on lifestyle modifications for better health outcomes. - Motivate patients to adhere to their treatment plans. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain thorough and accurate patient records. - Prepare reports for healthcare providers and insurance as necessary. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational documentation standards. Collaboration and Communication: - Work alongside multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care. - Participate in team meetings and case reviews to enhance treatment strategies. - Communicate effectively with patients and their families throughout the care process. Equipment and Facility Management: - Ensure proper maintenance and use of therapy equipment. - Monitor supply inventory and place orders as needed. - Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment. General Responsibilities: - Uphold ethical standards in all interactions. - Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. - Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. State licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience in a clinical setting with diverse patient populations. Proficient in both diagnostic and therapeutic techniques. Familiarity with electronic health record systems. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Work Schedule: 9-hour workdays, Monday to Friday, with Saturday rotation.
