Key Responsibilities: Clinical Integration: Facilitate the effective integration of EHR systems with clinical workflows to optimize patient care using your deep understanding of healthcare policies and legacy systems. Technology Advocacy: Spearhead the development and implementation of technological innovations that enhance clinical practices and improve the patient experience. Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Change Management: Manage change initiatives for a smooth transition and successful adoption of new technologies and practices. Data Utilization: Harness data science techniques to drive strategic decisions, streamline clinical processes, and elevate patient outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote clinical best practices and establish high standards in healthcare delivery. Continuous Improvement: Cultivate an atmosphere of continuous improvement by routinely refining clinical practices and workflows to ensure exceptional patient care. Additional Responsibilities: Population Optimization: Enhance workflow for pharmacists by focusing on population-level performance improvements. Data Management and Analysis: Oversee healthcare data analysis to generate insights that bolster patient care and operational efficiency. Knowledge Transfer: Share knowledge and provide essential training to staff and stakeholders to improve operational outcomes. Informatics and Strategy: Act as a key liaison between IT experts and clinical teams to ensure technological advancements align with clinical needs. Clinical Informatics Relationships: Establish strong partnerships within clinical informatics to support successful integration and optimization projects. Support Events: Assist in organizing events that promote knowledge sharing and best practices across various disciplines. Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Pharmacy with an active and unrestricted state pharmacist license. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a clinical setting, including leadership roles within healthcare or informatics. Skills: Extensive knowledge of healthcare policies, practices, and legacy systems. Expertise in EHR technology and clinical integration. Proven track record of leading change and driving organizational improvements. Exceptional analytical skills in data science to support clinical decisions. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary team environments. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in healthcare informatics. Experience with EHR migration or implementation projects. Compensation: The annual salary range is between $97,500 and $199,500. This position may also qualify for bonuses and equity.
