Our Client, an Automotive Aftermarket company, is looking for an Enterprise Engineering Systems Analyst/Administrator, Senior for their Auburn Hills, MI/ Remote location. Responsibilities: ALM & Simulation applications support (installation/configuration) a priority with ECAD application support secondary. Support BorgWarner's Software Factory development and support model. Respond to engineering Incident & Service ticket items in queue per priority level. Analyze / troubleshoot issues, develop solutions and actively coordinate follow up with peers as needed. Maintain agreed upon SLA's for incidents and manage catalog tasks effectively. Work with the other IT support teams to manage all operational or project associated requests. Collaborate with peers on projects and assist with other work as available. Keep and manage list of action items/open items and resolution. Maintain communication channels with peers and end users on open issues Work with IT staff and across functional areas to ensure technological effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT or (10) years IT experience in lieu of a degree. Five (5) years' experience in IT application development and large-scale end user support. Work experience supporting client-side enterprise ALM (BitBucket, Polarion), Simulation (Altair, ABAQUS, LMS, CHPC & Cloud Visualization, MSC) and ECAD (MentorGraphics) Familiar / comfortable with various Software Factory development approaches/models (manual, AI driven, Hybrid) Functional understanding of networking at the workstation/enterprise level. Batch/PowerShell scripting experience a plus. Familiar with Microsoft Windows 11 OS. Demonstrated competency across multiple platforms / OS / DB. Understands and apply solutions based on knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of networks, databases, hardware, software applications and IT services. Understands manufacturing and automotive business environment. Understands and implements appropriate IT security measures. Why Should You Apply?
