Assurance Manager

Job Summary: Experience: Minimum of 7 years of assurance/audit experience Experience in managing and directing the audits of manufacturing companies Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field from an accredited college/university License: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required Day in the Life of an Assurance Manager Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations bility to work within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction Provide appropriate and timely performance feedback to those supervised Ensuring that all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable conditions letters are prepared with an eye on quality, thoroughness and accurac Leading and planning healthcare audit engagement ttracting, developing, and retaining top talent Developing an understanding of client's business Keeping lines of communication open with staff and clients Keeping abreast of latest developments as they affect GAAP and the Firm's standards and policies.
