As a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Client Hiring Managers to identify and fulfill their recruitment needs, whether for Direct Hire or Contracted positions. You will play an essential role in shaping the future of their teams by sourcing high-quality candidates. Your responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding service to Hiring Managers and Candidates Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates, providing comprehensive assessments and feedback Meet or exceed recruitment timelines and goals Effectively manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Maintain clear and timely communication with Leadership, Hiring Managers, and Candidates Keep accurate records and provide reporting to Clients and Leadership Your Qualifications Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred A strong network of industry contacts is essential A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the Life Sciences sector Experience in Pharmaceutical or BioTech recruitment is highly desirable Familiarity with ATS software required Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms Exceptional organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient with technology and computer systems About ImpactBio At ImpactBio, we pride ourselves on being a reliable partner to our clients by consistently delivering on our promises.
