Salary: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 annually We are currently seeking an exceptional Lead Restaurant Operations Partner (General Manager) to oversee every aspect of our operations, ensuring that we consistently deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service. Your role will include: Ensuring adherence to all employment policies with support from the management team. Guiding the management team, including creating weekly schedules and assigning responsibilities to Restaurant Managers. Monitoring team performance through weekly meetings, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline. Handling the recruitment process, from reviewing applications to interviewing and hiring for management and hourly positions. Providing oversight of food, labor, and liquor costs to maximize profitability. Ensuring compliance with all liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines. Tracking food costs, managing waste, and controlling labor expenditures. Managing weekly and monthly profit and loss statements. Planning and supervising the preparation of weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets. Verifying that audits, daily standards, and training are consistently maintained. Overseeing the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant. Implementing security measures to guarantee a safe environment for both employees and guests. Managing incentive programs for both management and hourly staff. Developing key employees and managers through training in employment policies and practices. Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures. Acting as the primary point of contact with vendors and support center representatives. Requirements: Over 2 years of experience as a General Manager, Managing Partner, or Multi-Unit Manager in a full-service restaurant concept. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
