Join our team as a Client Relationship Manager! We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our client interaction and manage essential operations within our franchise system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling day-to-day communications. Respond promptly to all client requests and inquiries. Employee Management: Recruit and hire field employees who align with our company values. Evaluate and support the performance of crew leaders to foster a productive work environment. Facilitate communication regarding any concerns between the office and field teams. Implement and uphold disciplinary actions and procedures when necessary. Promote morale and teamwork among crew members. Safety Management: Organize and lead all Safety Meetings to ensure compliance and safety awareness. Participate actively in the New Hire Training process. Marketing & Sales Management: Take measurements of properties for accurate proposal generation. Coordinate Job Start Ups with crew leaders to ensure smooth operations. Develop and present Enhancement Proposals, identifying sales opportunities to drive business growth. Field Management: Establish, implement, and manage labor and material budgets effectively. Create and schedule daily job routes, incorporating new jobs efficiently.
