Description Join our dynamic team as the Surgical Services Nursing Manager, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, organization, and management of various clinical areas including Anesthesia, Surgery, Endoscopy, Electro Convulsive Therapy, Post Anesthesia Recovery Unit, Sterile Processing, and Cath Lab. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Proven nurse leadership competencies Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a related nursing clinical area, showcasing strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing or related field Why Join Providence? This position has a pay range of $68.01 - $107.35, with additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses available.
