We are seeking an inspired and experienced Aviation Project Director to lead exciting projects nationwide. About the Role In this pivotal position, you will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, financial management, and positive stakeholder relationships. Your leadership will be key in driving the strategy and vision of our National Aviation team as you travel across various locations in the United States. Your Responsibilities Include: Providing direction and leadership for assigned projects, aligning with company strategies. Fostering a safety-first environment while mentoring team members. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to create new business opportunities. Managing risks and issues for project success, including financial and contractual obligations. Engaging with subcontractors to develop effective partnerships that ensure project success. Leading preconstruction discussions with clients, ensuring clarity on contractual obligations and estimates. Overseeing project and schedule reviews throughout the project lifecycle. Ensuring adequate staffing levels and effectively managing resources. Promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. 15+ years in construction management, with at least 5 years in people management. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale Aviation projects valued at $50M or more.
