Registered Nurse - Cardiology Cath Lab

Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiology Cath Lab! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse who is ready to take on the challenge of providing both routine and complex care in a dynamic clinical environment. Your ability to manage patient needs and apply nursing expertise will play a crucial role in our patient's recovery and care journey. Key Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families with sensitivity and awareness. Administer medications and treatments as per protocols, monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness. Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately. Identify learning needs and provide education to patients and their families or caregivers. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience: Minimum of one year in a related nursing specialty preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in the state of employment and BLS certification required; ACLS certification is also necessary (with a grace period for newly hired individuals). All newly hired experienced RNs are required to attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. You will receive thorough training under the guidance of a designated staff member and will undergo competency validation.
