Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive care to patients across all age groups, from children to seniors. Address chronic diseases, preventive healthcare, acute conditions, and mental health challenges with a patient-centered mindset. Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and establish personalized care plans. Work in tandem with care teams, mental health specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment. Engage in quality improvement programs aimed at advancing patient care and operational quality. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) effectively to keep accurate and current patient information. Provide care both in-person and virtually to accommodate diverse patient needs. Education Requirements MD or DO from a recognized medical school. Successful completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligible for (or possess) a valid California medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred. Skills and Experience Exceptional diagnostic and clinical capabilities with a focus on preventive care. Familiarity with value-based care practices and a commitment to continuous improvement. Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with a knack for building strong patient relationships.
