Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned. Utilize supplies and staff time efficiently to provide optimal patient care. Assist in preparing and updating billing logs as needed. Carry out assigned duties to support patient care and clinic operations. Obtain blood samples for lab analysis as per physician orders. Document and review patient medication profiles monthly. Comply with all health care professional practice act requirements. Work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, following established company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and communications, including progress reports. Notify the Charge Nurse of any significant changes in patient condition. Report equipment issues to the Biomedical Technician and Administrator. Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education opportunities. Support staff training initiatives as needed. To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements: Hold a current LVN/LPN license in the applicable state, maintained in good standing. Obtain CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Demonstrate the ability to distinguish all primary colors. Previous dialysis experience is preferred. Complete the USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, demonstrating competency within 8 weeks of hire. Exhibit strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Organize time and tasks effectively. Possess basic computer skills, with proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire. Meet any other state-specific practice requirements.
