Multi-family HVAC Installer

Job Type Full-time Description Install HVAC systems in multi-family residential buildings (rough-in and set-out) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Install ductwork, condensers, furnaces, air handlers, and related components Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards Coordinate with supervisors, other trades, and jobsite personnel Maintain a clean and safe worksite Follow all OSHA safety standards Perform other duties as assigned Benefits after introductory period include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life, Voluntary AD&D & 401k with Employer Match, Paid vacation, Paid Sick days and Paid Holidays Requirements 1+ years of HVAC installation experience (multi-family preferred) a plus Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation techniques Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying jobsite conditions Strong attention to safety and quality Must have reliable transportation to go to various jobsites in different counties in the Bay area Must be authorized to work in the United States Salary Description $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
