You will be an essential member of a dynamic, cross-functional team, assisting and supervising Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) under the guidance of a Charge Nurse. Your Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Deliver safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment directly to patients. Responsibilities include performing physical assessments before and after treatments, monitoring patients during sessions, and administering medications as per physician orders while keeping detailed documentation. Team Collaboration: Be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, actively engaging in patient assessment and care planning. Ensure that staffing requirements are maintained in compliance with state regulations. Safety and Quality: Operate under the supervision of a Charge Nurse while strictly adhering to company policies, state, and federal laws. Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education to bolster your professional development. What We're Looking For: Current nursing license in your state. Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
