Participate in inpatient therapy evaluations and interventions when needed, ensuring a seamless therapeutic experience for every patient. Keep thorough documentation and maintain compliance with pertinent guidelines from state, federal, and organizational bodies. Pursue ongoing professional growth and education through current industry trends and peer interaction. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending. Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within one month of hire. Skills Expertise in evidence-based therapy techniques suitable for all ages, with strong knowledge of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
