Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending. Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within one month of hire.
