What You Can Expect As a strategic and hands-on Finance Business Partner, you will support our AMER Sales organization within the Go-to-Market team. This pivotal role serves as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, driving informed decision-making and ensuring alignment of financial goals with our overarching business strategy. You will collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Enablement teams to optimize revenue performance while managing investments that support scalable growth in a $5B+ ARR enterprise SaaS environment. About the Team The Sales FP&A team plays an essential role within the broader Finance organization at Zoom. By joining our talented and diverse team, you will directly contribute to Zoom's Go-to-Market strategy and focus on high-impact opportunities that enhance our growth trajectory. Responsibilities Work closely with Sales leadership in the Americas to deliver valuable financial insights and support strategic decisions. Align annual and quarterly Go-to-Market plans, revenue targets, and investment priorities. Oversee the Sales budget to ensure optimal resource allocation. Drive forecasting and performance management for bookings, ARR, and retention across product lines. Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports on KPIs such as pipeline conversion, rep productivity, and product attach/cross-sell. Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities while providing clear and actionable recommendations. Conduct thorough analyses on sales performance, funnel health, and forecasting accuracy. Enhance and scale FP&A processes, tools, and systems in collaboration with the broader finance team. What We're Looking For A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, including at least 1 year focused on Sales Finance. Experience supporting commercial or field sales teams in a tech, SaaS, or B2B environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for presenting insights to sales and senior leadership. Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Detail-oriented and highly analytical, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Experience with CRM systems and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau). Familiarity with supporting a sales or product-led organization with complex sales motions. Ability to distill large data sets into clear, actionable business insights. Salary Range: Minimum: $65,400.00 Maximum: $158,700.00 Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that considers base salary, bonus, and equity value. Please note that starting pay will be influenced by various factors, including qualifications and experience. Additionally, we have a location-based compensation structure, which may lead to different ranges for candidates in various locations.
