Duties and Responsibilities: Provide expert physical therapy services as directed by physician orders. Assess patient needs and develop or modify care plans to achieve therapy objectives. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to establish and evaluate patient goals. Required Qualifications: Valid state license as a Registered Physical Therapist. Current CPR certification.
