The Opportunity Are you a strategic leader ready to shape the future of workplace environments in a thriving insurance brokerage? As a Workplace Planning & Capital Project Lead at M3, you'll be at the forefront of our Workplace Experience operations, driving real estate planning, lease management, and capital projects while serving as a strategic partner on workplace and space planning initiatives. How You Will Make an Impact Take ownership of workplace strategy and analytics, developing and maintaining workplace KPIs including utilization, capacity, project performance, and cost efficiency while partnering with HR and Talent teams to translate hiring forecasts into actionable space recommendations. Drive performance excellence through strategic space planning, maintaining accurate space plans and occupancy data while serving as a subject matter expert on how physical space can support collaboration, productivity, and company culture. Design and implement buildouts and capital projects from early planning through completion, managing architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders while coordinating project timelines, budgets, and communications. Foster strong relationships with department leaders, landlords, brokers, and external real estate partners, serving as an internal partner on real estate initiatives and negotiations while maintaining M3's reputation for excellence. Champion continuous improvement for workplace environments, collecting employee feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance usability, experience, efficiency, and safety while leading business continuity planning and physical security programs. What You Will Need to Succeed 5 years minimum, ideally 7+ years of experience in workplace strategy, space planning, construction project management, or corporate real estate. Proven experience managing office buildouts and cross-functional construction projects. Working knowledge of workplace safety programs and physical security systems. Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills with ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. Experience creating space plans in CAD is a plus. Results-oriented mindset with excellent organization and planning capabilities.
