The Opportunity As a Managed Services Architecture Expert, you will design managed services deals while closely supporting the Deal Lead. You'll develop operational models that effectively integrate people, processes, and technology, ensuring they are scalable and tailored to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities Design managed services deal structures in collaboration with the Deal Lead, ensuring alignment with client expectations and EY standards. Develop and implement efficient and scalable operational models that integrate people, processes, and technology. Craft transition plans and service management frameworks to facilitate smooth transitions and maintain ongoing service delivery. Work with cross-functional teams to unify solutions, client requirements, and commercial aspects into comprehensive managed services offerings. Ensure all solution components integrate seamlessly to deliver a holistic approach to managed services design. Support the Managed Services delivery team during the transition and establishment of managed services, adhering to EY normative models. Document and capture knowledge within EY frameworks to enhance Managed Services pursuits and overall methodologies. Analyze business and technical requirements to design operational and architectural plans that align with business goals. Propose architectural solutions that address client needs while considering both business and technical requirements. Evaluate risks and commercial impacts, providing insights to prioritize managed services offerings effectively. Make informed decisions to ensure successful delivery of managed services, balancing EY standards with client requirements. To qualify for the role, you must have: Experience designing and executing complex managed services deals, including multi-tower engagements. A strong understanding of operational models and how to integrate them into managed services solutions. Expertise in developing transition plans and service management layers using industry best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse teams and clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, IT, or a related field. Ideally, you'll also have: Insight into Managed Services and a solid understanding of market dynamics. Experience in organizational transformation strategies. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) are preferred. The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $150,400 and $343,600, with specific areas like New York City Metro, Washington State, and California ranging from $180,500 to $390,500. Your salary will reflect various factors, including education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
