As a Roofing Service Technician, professionalism, grooming, and effective communication are essential since you will interface directly with our clients. Exceptional Earnings: Earn a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 to $24.00, with our Service Techs averaging over $70,000 annually. Inspect roofs, carry out necessary repairs, and perform preventative maintenance. Communicate clearly and effectively, aid clients with questions and directives, and listen carefully. Show reliability by completing assigned tasks punctually and adhering to management directions. Utilize a company vehicle daily for travel to client job sites. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in construction or roofing, or relevant military experience. A valid Driver's License is mandatory. Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Willingness to travel out of town for up to 4 weeks when local opportunities are limited. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently. Frequent climbing and descending of ladders from 10 to 40 feet. Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods. Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Adaptable to extreme temperatures in hot or cold weather. Experience loading and unloading materials and equipment from various heights.
