Role: Assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in efficiently running shifts with a focus on self-sufficiency. Take initiative in problem-solving and offer support to colleagues when needed. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Ensuring Consistent Customer Satisfaction: Execute the Manager-In-Charge (MIC) Success Routine and fulfill responsibilities related to People, Customers, and Service. Ensure all Team Members complete their designated Shift Excellence tasks. Maintain a neat appearance in company uniform among all employees. Prioritize customer needs, ensuring food safety, order quality, and accuracy. Resolve customer complaints swiftly to uphold positive relationships. Greet customers warmly and maintain a positive demeanor. Work with urgency and alongside management and team members. Support a cooperative team environment by helping colleagues as needed. Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards co-workers. Attendance: Understand the posted work schedule and arrive on time, properly dressed and ready to work. Provide timely notice of absences and accurately record hours worked using the designated timekeeping system. Initiative and Energy: Demonstrate proactive behavior by taking initiative and maintaining high energy throughout shifts. Developing People: Give regular performance feedback to the RGM regarding Team Members. Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members. Be actively involved in the training process of new Team Members. Handle conflicts positively and collaborate with the RGM for resolution. Act Like an Owner: Assist in managing profits and losses by adhering to cash control/security procedures, overseeing inventory, and managing labor. Ensure proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times. Support the RGM in maintaining facility standards and adhering to health and safety regulations. Accept additional duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements and Essential Functions: Preference for promotion from Hourly Champion position. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age. Reliable transportation is required. Basic business math proficiency is necessary. Ability to stock shelves and coolers. Capable of supervising and guiding team members effectively. Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, and lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Responsible for cleaning the parking lot and surrounding areas. Able to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping for the majority of the shift. This list of job duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive.
