Business Operations Representative Location: St. Paul Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour Job Type: W2 Contract 9-Months Schedule: On-site three days per week (Wednesday required; Tuesday strongly preferred; flexibility on the third day) Position Overview Join a dynamic Business Operations team supporting financial services operations. This role focuses on handling foundational operational tasks to support senior associates, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong service delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and experienced in professional email-based customer communication. Key Responsibilities Manage and reconcile monthly credit insurance premiums, debt protection fees, rate administration fees, and billing statements for assigned financial institutions. Research and resolve out-of-balance discrepancies and eligibility issues. Collaborate with financial institutions to ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting. Investigate and resolve reporting issues at both institutional and customer levels. Provide high-quality customer service support, primarily via email (limited phone support as needed). Follow established operational processes and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers. Excellent written communication skills (email-focused support). Effective time management and organizational skills. Self-motivated and proactive work style. Preferred Qualifications Previous business operations experience. Experience in financial services or banking environments. Background in reconciliation, billing, or financial reporting processes.
