The Work: Partner with clients on their SAP functional transformation initiatives, utilizing your extensive SAP application and process expertise, which includes: Engaging with client executives to address business challenges and trends while highlighting the potential advantages of SAP solutions. Guiding clients in outlining their SAP journey through the development of business cases and roadmaps, which encompass sales generation, proposal development, and client presentations. Designing comprehensive solutions that utilize SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner solutions. Providing advice, designing, and delivering solutions based on industry best practices using SAP solutions and innovation. Leading small teams to achieve transformational roadmaps, either at client sites or within Accenture. Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for clients, teams, and Accenture leadership by remaining current on regulations, trends, and innovations in your field. Acting as a thought leader by building assets, best practices, and cultivating the next generation of transformation experts. Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements. Here's What You Need: A minimum of 7 years of proven technical, functional, and process knowledge of SAP Supply Chain and Logistics, including Inventory Management, Warehousing, Transportation, and Procurement. A minimum of 3 years in leading SAP projects for Retail clients, which includes facilitating complex workshops, making design decisions, and overseeing system setup, configurations, testing, cutover, and go-live phases in SAP Logistics/Supply Chain ( SAP support/managed services experience is not acceptable). Experience with at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, covering project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Retail clients. Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including those operating within a Global Delivery Model. Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of 12 years' work experience). For those with an Associate's degree, a minimum of 6 years' equivalent work experience is required. Compensation at Accenture is dependent on various factors including office location, role, skill set, and experience level.
