We are experiencing significant growth in our Electronic Security division and are looking for a driven Account Executive to spearhead new business development in our Core Commercial division. This exciting role will emphasize lead generation, relationship building, and effectively presenting our electronic security products and services to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a defined territory using CRM tools, excelling in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation. Develop and implement comprehensive service/account outsourcing strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment. Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions tailored to client needs and market trends. Collaborate with internal specialists to create and deliver bespoke solutions for complex client requirements. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand presence and attract prospects. Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings weekly within the assigned territory to strengthen relationships and drive engagement. Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling strategies aimed at expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consultative approach. Minimum of 2 years of experience achieving or surpassing high sales quotas in similar accounts or markets. Proficient in using Office Suite and CRM platforms to enhance workflows and client interactions. Willingness to travel across the designated geographic areas. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. Background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
