Job Description Join our innovative team as a Clinical Informatics Executive, where you'll play a vital role in transforming the healthcare landscape through the VA's Federal EHR deployment. Your main responsibilities will involve facilitating user adoption, tackling implementation challenges, and optimizing workflows through innovative, data-driven solutions. You'll act as an essential liaison between technical teams and clinical stakeholders, providing insights that translate complex information into actionable strategies aimed at improving patient safety and clinical outcomes. Responsibilities Preferred Qualifications: 10 or more years of relevant combined work experience along with advanced education Minimum of 5 years in clinical practice At least 2 years of experience in Health Informatics Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) Electronic Health Record is highly preferred Demonstrated leadership in change management and successful project execution Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration at all levels A genuine passion for improving healthcare through informatics and technology M.D., D.O., or a degree in a related field Requirements: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Due to specific client contract requirements, U.S. citizenship is necessary. The role may require government security clearance. Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed Disclaimer: Some U.S. client-facing roles may have implications concerning immunization and occupational health mandates. The compensation range for this role starts at $184,400 and goes up to $394,600 annually. Candidates may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation deferral options.
