We seek an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to enhance Coinbase's Security Platform and contribute significantly to our goal of becoming the most trusted platform in the cryptocurrency industry. You will be instrumental in addressing critical issues in crypto security, including secrets management, risk mitigation, insider threats, account security, and compliance. By collaborating with teams across Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Operations, you will develop innovative solutions that elevate both security and user experience, while shaping cutting-edge technology in the sector. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and execute a holistic strategy for Coinbase's Security platform to support our global operations. Take the lead on product initiatives from idea generation to launch, ensuring measurable outcomes. Stay current with advancements in on-chain and security technologies to promote innovation. Work alongside cross-functional teams to create and refine the product roadmap. Engage with client teams and customers to collect business requirements. Establish and evaluate key performance metrics to guide product development. Unify teams around a shared vision and steer efforts to successfully realize that vision. What We Look for in You: 6+ years of experience in product management. Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong relationship-building capabilities. Robust analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Experience navigating technical challenges across diverse product portfolios. A strong background in software product management, specifically with platform products. A clear enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and financial markets, aligned with Coinbase's mission. An entrepreneurial mindset that adapts well to fast-paced environments. Ability to quickly learn and excel in complex domains.
