Key Responsibilities Safely operate self-propelled sprayers and spreaders for applying fertilizers and crop protection products. Calibrate and maintain application equipment to ensure accurate performance. Adhere to application schedules, product labels, and agronomic recommendations. Keep precise application records and comply with all regulatory requirements. Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of agricultural equipment. Collaborate with agronomy and operations teams, especially during peak seasons. Practice strong safety protocols and prioritize environmental stewardship. Qualifications Previous experience as a custom applicator or in a related agricultural role is preferred. Applicator license or willingness to obtain necessary certifications. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and comfort with modern agricultural equipment. Able to work extended hours during busy seasons. CDL preferred but not required; willingness to obtain based on role requirements. Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented work ethic.
